Cameron letter May 14th

Wow I have 14 weeks here in Tulancingo! That sounds like a ton...anyway I will go over this week really fast because we already talked. This week we baptized in the morning instead of after church like normal. Nobody really came and I felt kind of bad for the kid because there was basically nobody there even though we called a whole bunch of people. Basically everybody told us that they would come, I was a little disappointed in the lack of assistance. The bishop didn’t know that there was a baptism because he didn’t pick up his phone in time. Then a family came to help out at about 9:20am the baptism was supposed to start at 9:00am. But all in all it went alright we were going to confirm him in the next hour in sacrament meeting, but the bishop told us that you have to wait a week to confirm a convert. For the sake of not fighting with the bishop I just told him ok that's fine. One of the zone leaders got kind of upset and started looking through the manual. Anyway whatever I don’t really care. He will come back to get confirmed the next week. The good part is we found 15 new investigators this week!!! That’s the most I have ever found in my entire mission! But the bad part is not one of them came to church. But hopefully next week we will give them another opportunity and then let them go. Anyway we are still waiting for the electricity to come back on. I’m starting to think it will be a while, but who knows. President has a rule that if your light is out for a certain amount of time you have to change houses, but I don’t want to change houses because I like this house. You can see all of Tulancingo from above, it’s really cool. It’s a total waste of time to change houses. Anyway the candles at night and stealing power from the other apartment is going pretty good right now. I have thought of ways of fixing the whole thing by running a cord from the outlet in the other apartment to the breakers in our house, but that would require money and time. Both of which I don’t have. There’s not really anything else to write about. We are working hard and doing well that’s about all I can say. Anyway have a good time at the game and watching the Avengers. It sounds like a riot.
