Cameron's letter Oct 27th 2011

Anyhow this week was fun I sent my sd card with my pictures with Landon. hopefully he will just pick out good ones and send them over email and not send the whole sd card but if he could do it quick I would like it back because I can’t take any pictures.

So I’ve got a few stories to tell so last week (I forgot about this in my last letter) I woke up with a huge stomach ache and I felt pretty terrible so I got ready and then laid on my bed while I waited for my companion to get ready, so after 10 minutes or so it was 6:55 that’s when we leave for personal study in the morning. So I got up and we walked down the hallway past the bathroom and I saw the giant trash can in there, any way I was like that’s mine I got to throw up now or today is going to be terrible. so I just went at it its was great I got it all up and my companion was said "oh sick why didn’t you tell me you where sick!?" and so I kept throwing up by this time I had gathered somewhat of a crowd around me including the zone leaders who told me I should stay in and sleep all day and get better, so I contemplated doing that but why? I figured I would be fine because I was already felling better so we started walking up to class and my stomach ache was much better anyway after that I felt great the rest of the day. So the moral of the story is....don’t trust the food here ha-ha ok the foods not that bad but I guess I ate something that didn’t agree. Oh and one guy in my zone gave me some fiber one cereal it was awesome totally helped me out but I already ate it all. OK so for announcements we are now the oldest district in our zone everybody else is gone can you believe I only have 2 and a half more weeks here that’s crazy. So if you ever get my pictures there will be one that has 3 boxes of food in it this is all the food missionaries have gotten from packages and then we have inherited it when missionaries leave. Which is cool oh yea Brynlee’s birthday I’m going to send you guys some nifty gifties that are sweet there super cheap and they sell them at the bookstore and all the missionaries use them its a great help to your studies. This week they have been turning the heat on and the air conditioning off so its got everything crazy our sacrament meeting was 90 plus degrees and this week it was 85 I think that thermostat is broken it there and nobody has fixed it yet. The mtc choir is super sweet they have good directors and its totally worth it because it’s only 2 hours a week and you can sound really good in a short period of time. We sang where can I turn for peace and now that hymn is one of my favorites. So my new companion Elder Girsberger and Elder Fieldsted have been working really good together Girsbergers really relaxed and Fieldsted is probably a little bit too uptight so the clashed at first but now everything between all of us is better that it ever has been. which is nice for me at least. well I’m almost out of time the language is going well today is a speak your language day for our district and where doing more of those days because a member of the branch presidency came in (2 out of 3 of the branch pres speak Spanish so all our meeting our in Spanish) a huge compliment on how we have better Spanish that most of the districts he has seen and he was really sincere about it so I don’t think he says that to everyone. Anyway I love the gospel my family and the Spanish language so don’t worry about me, Adios
